The paintings on these pages represent various subjects that all have a particular interest to me. Growing up and living in Pittsburgh PA, I am surrounded by echos of the past. Some of these paintings were inspired by ancestors that lived through these times and others from stories that I've heard or read about. I hope these paintings will help convey a story of that world that once existed where we now live.
Also take a look at some of my Paintings in Gouache. Gouache is a water based medium similar to watercolor but much more opaque. I always try to find interesting subjects that engage the viewer and feel that is represented here.
